What is the Impact of a Meeting Room?

As our new Community Center comes into operation, something as seemingly simple as a meeting room will be meeting a dire need.

Gatherings, be they PTA meetings, vaccinations, or trainings, are currently done under a tree, unless they can be scheduled on a weekend, but weekends are often taken up with funerals and other social gatherings. There are no rooms available unless students are moved from their classrooms. 

With unpredictable and extreme weather patterns, many training are interrupted by heavy rain, or attendees may suffer from intense heat from the sun as there are very few trees to sit under. The impact of having a room will be immediate for the many services that the room will provide. Community members eagerly look forward to having a meeting space, and a space they can safety store their records.
